USCG Fuel Guidelines

The transport of gasoline or diesel fuel aboard the ferries in quantities greater than 2 (two) 6 gallon UL or Coast Guard approved containers per vehicle is prohibited in accordance with the code of Federal Regulations part 172.101. Miller Boat Line has been directed to comply & enforce this regulation and therefore act accordingly to adhere to these laws. Any transporting of fuel in unapproved containers or in quantities greater than this is prohibited and will be denied.
