Description:Get WILD on Tuesdays at Put-in-Bay!
The Lake Erie Islands Nature and Wildlife center is excited to announce the continuation of our WILD Tuesday! programs beginning on Tuesday June 1st from 1:00 – 3:00pm. The programs will continue every Tuesday thereafter (same time) through the 3rd of August. The goal of our WILD Tuesday programs is to educate our visitors on Ohio’s native wildlife by providing an up-close and often hands-on interactive experience! Last year, more than 1200 visitors attended these programs to learn about our state endangered Lake Erie watersnake and a few of the other species of serpents we find slithering around the islands. We are excited about our line up of programs this year, which include an amazing variety of island wildlife (not just snakes)! Cost for each program is just $1 per person, or FREE with the purchase of an admission to the museum or our new season pass for families (just $25!). So come out, bring the kids and get WILD in a good way at Put-in-Bay!
